WHY CASH BASED THERAPY?
A cash-based clinic means we are out of network with all insurance companies. We do not accept or have any contracts with any insurance company. You may pay for services using your HSA account, cash, check, or a credit or debit card. Our goal is to spend more time with patients and to allow patients to take back control over their healthcare choices. This model allows for all of our focus to be on patient treatment without being dictated by insurance rules & regulations.
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
We do not accept any insurance at KB Physical Therapy & Wellness. If requested, you will be provided with the necessary documentation (superbill) to submit an out of network claim to your insurance company should you choose to do so.
DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION FROM MY DOCTOR?
You can be seen for Physical Therapy with or without a doctor’s prescription. KB Physical Therapy is Direct Access certified, so you can be seen by a physical therapist for 30 days without a doctor’s prescription.
